The weather did not help indeed, this weekend's weather forecast in Umbria in search of trattorias, effectively reducing the participants from 6 to 3. And in the end the darkest hypotheses dissolved and resolved in just under an hour of rain while the event was taking place. What a pity !! Along forgotten roads, we set out in search of typical trattorias and restaurants, custodians of a gastronomy based on a zero kilometer territoriality. A truly surprising cuisine, which has been confirmed as abundant and which has put our digestive abilities to the test.
