Once again it's over !! I don't know why, but every time I deal with Diego, the SL&A, their food and wine itineraries, participating in these educationals, whether they are sponsored by the Gal or the Lazio Region, I start to write the story of the event always and in any case from end, which can be reached through a tight itinerary, made up of tastings, visits to little-known and therefore surprisingly interesting cultural attractions, but above all high-level catering, sought after among the various types of cuisine that our country possesses qualitatively. A hegemony, which without being accused of parochialism, we can define global !! If only the administrators realized the immense waste of this patrimony !! But unfortunately this is Italy.
Although, and in this umpteenth trip I had confirmation, by interviewing the main actors of the event, it would seem that there is also more sensitivity on the part of the institutions towards the topic, which represents one of the main resources for the future of our country!
I found myself involved in this umpteenth experience a little by chance a little to please the friends of SL&A, with whom I have been collaborating for some years now, intervening as a photographer and lending a hand to some journalists in the sector, managing the itinerary. The result was a truly enjoyable three days, with a heterogeneous group that practically embraced the panorama of printed media in the tourism sector at 360 °.

Things went well I would say in several respects, perhaps times a bit tight especially for those who, like us, were on motorcycles and had to produce photographic material on the road as well.
