The photos were published in in Speciali di Motociclismo and Motoitalia magazines in 2005.
Matera and Cirigliano represent two extreme cases of Lucanian reality: the first locality, which jumped to the honors of the cornaca thanks to Mel Gibson and his film "The Passion of Christ", is experiencing an authentic rebirth; the second risks extinction due to emigration. They are a few tens of kilometers away from each other and yet they seem projected towards two opposite destinies.
